Once you are in the Email Accounts you will see a list of existing emails accounts. Next to each email account it shows how much of the alloted space you have used up in your inbox. You can aslo check your email via webmail (Check Email button), Manage your current account settings or find the information to Connect Devices to read your emails on your phone or desktop.

Email account Creation settings
Clicking on the Create button allows you to create a new email account. Remember that the number of email accounts you are able to create maybe limited by your hosting plan. But you can always upgrade your shared hosting from your client area.
Clicking on the create button then brings up the page for creating your new Email account in cPanel.

The username field is the bit before the @. Could be your name or "sales" etc... you can configure the inbox by clicking the "Edit Settings" button which expands the window. Primarily you can use this to configure the size of your inbox.

Most importantly you want to create a good password. Clicking on the "Generate" button will generate a password.

But we recommend that you change some of the settings for this. If you click on the down arrow next to the Generate button it will open up another panel.

This panel allows you to determine what characters get included in the password. Obviously it should be "Both" and "Both" but we do recommend that you increase the length of your password as this has the biggest impact on password security. So generate your new password but don't forget to copy it so you can set up accounts on email clients on other devices.
